The hybrid approach

Software first.
Judgement where it matters.

Matching and calculations belong in software. Ambiguous records deserve a closer look. The final review belongs to your team.

  1. 01

    Bring in the records

Upload statements and ledgers, reuse mappings, or bring records from Tally and other ERPs through connectors.

    Files or ERP connectors
  2. 02

    Let software do the work

Rules handle matching, calculations, tax allocation, and change detection. Exceptions remain visible.

    Available today
  3. 03

    Use AI selectively

For teams that opt in, local models help with unclear formats and narrations, only where rules fall short.

    Opt-in local AI
  4. 04

    Keep the final check

Review differences, make adjustments, and prepare working papers. Your team decides what is ready.

    Human review

Hybrid AI is available to teams that opt in. Software rules handle the core processing; local models on Ledgize-controlled infrastructure assist with unresolved cases. AI suggestions go to a person for verification before they count.

Connected to your workflow

Work with your ERP.
Finish in Excel.

Connect Tally and other ERPs to a shared browser workspace for accounting and audit review.

At the source

Tally and other ERPs

Bring accounting records into Ledgize through ERP connectors or exported files. Keep working with the systems your team already uses.

In the workspace

One place for review

Bring ledgers and supporting records together for matching, checks, schedules, and exception review.

Good to know

A few practical questions.

Do I need the desktop agent?

It depends on how you connect your ERP. Local connector workflows can use a desktop agent, while file-based modules work with uploads. Tally also supports direct sync when it is reachable.

Does every transaction go through AI?

No. Software rules handle the bulk of the work. Teams that opt in to hybrid processing use local AI for cases those rules cannot resolve. A person verifies the suggestions before they count.

Can I keep using Excel?

Yes. Ledgize prepares Excel exports for your existing review and working-paper workflows. Outputs vary by module.

Who can access the workspace?

The workspace requires sign-in. Admins manage module visibility and desktop agent keys; regular users work with the modules made available to them.

Simplify compliance.

Less repetitive work.
More room for review.
